The Butcher peg is street legend Joe "Butcher" Kowalski's signature peg made from 7075 forged and CNC machined aluminum that is internally butted to help save weight. The Butcher peg comes with a specially formulated plastic sleeve that allows grinding on surfaces that don't work well with steel pegs.
